RETURN POLICY:

At Little Sparrow + Me, we believe in making your shopping experience as seamless as possible. That's why we offer FREE returns!

You’ve got 30 days to decide if the fit and style of your items work for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, free of stains, damage, and hair, with original tags and packaging intact. Items sent to us in unacceptable conditions may not receive the full refund or store credit only. Items CANNOT be returned after the 30-day return window. No exceptions. Items will be sent back to sender at their expense. Final sale items, Route shipping protection, and gift cards are not eligible for a return. ALL international orders are final sale. If your item is defective, please send photos along with your receipt to littlesparrowandme@outlook.com for us to process the issue quickly.

Please note that the original shipping paid will not be refunded.

To return an item:

• Simply head to our returns portal
• You can choose to return for store credit or a refund.
• Your return label will be generated instantly.
• Drop off the package within 28 days to your nearest carrier location.

We'll issue your refund once we approve your return. Please note, sale items aren’t eligible for returns.

Exchanges:

• For an exchange (different size), we will place a hold on your credit card for the exchange amount.
• Your exchange item(s) will be processed immediately. Please note that all exchange orders will be fulfilled via our "free shipping service".
• The returned item(s) must reach us within 30 days, or we will charge you for the exchange item(s).
